In a Facebook post GH Phipps Construction Companies shared photos of the canopy being removed and captioned them with this:
We completed the removal of the iconic stage canopy at Red Rocks Amphitheatre! Thank you to our subcontractors American Demolition and Winslow Crane Services. The material will be recycled and possibly repurposed at a future date to commemorate the original Red Rocks Stage Canopy. This is a major milestone for the project and we can’t wait to start building the new stage roof and share the progress! #denver #construction #redrocksco
