Yes I would FREAK OUT! The Douglas County Sheriffs Dept were getting calls about a headless statue in the middle of the road around 2 AM last Saturday.
Turned out it was a Halloween decoration that you can buy at Home Depot. Not sure if someone pulled the head off and left it in the road as a prank or it accidentally fell off someones vehicle. I have a feeling it was an accident since the Halloween statue costs about $349.00
