A world-renowned sushi master says you shouldn’t eat sushi with chopsticks.
Eleni Manousou, who is the first female head chef at the famous Nobu chain, revealed that diners should pick up sushi with their hands.
THEIR HANDS.
She adds that sushi needs to be eaten fast and as soon as it’s served.
