Backpacker released a list of the easiest 14ers in Colorado for those looking to start out! By no means are we saying 14ers are "easy," but these are the least difficult!
I've never done a 14er so I'll definitely have to knock a few of these off the list:
1. Mount Evans via Summit Lake
5.5 miles round-trip
2. Mount Bierstadt
7 miles round-trip
3. Quandary Peak
6.7 miles round-trip
4. Grays Peak / Grays and Torreys Peaks
8 miles round-trip
5. Mount Antero
7 miles round-trip
