If You Recently Moved to a New Address... do THIS to Get Your Tabor Check!

When people I knew started getting their Tabor checks in the mail, and I wasn't, I realized something...

I had filed my 2021 taxes at my previous address, and moved right after. Which meant, the Colorado Department of Revenue had my old address to send the check to, not my new updated one.

If you are in the same boat, you are going to want to update your new address with the state ASAP.

I found from Colorado News Online that in order to do that you need to:

Taxpayers can update their address online through the Colorado Department of Revenue or filling out and mailing an address change form.

I did it and it took about 5 minutes online!
