Broncos Score Another Big Name

According to the Denver Post:

Less than two hours after his agent told reporters he was staying with the Dallas Cowboys, free-agent pass rusher Randy Gregory pivoted this morning and agreed to terms with the Broncos, a source confirmed.

Gregory has only 16 1/2 sacks in 50 games (12 starts) and will turn 30 in November, but the Broncos — after trading Von Miller last November — made finding an edge rusher to play opposite Bradley Chubb a priority.

Gregory is the second free-agent addition to the defense this week, joining projected end D.J. Jones, who agreed to terms on a three-year contract on Monday night.
