How do you feel about success and the numbers on your record streams?

Lil Baby: For one, the numbers don't really mean anything to me because I don't really look at them. But, when I do hear them type of numbers, it lets me know that I have real fans who listen to me and support me.

Is it crazy that these fans could have been anywhere, but they chose to be here with you at the iHeart Theater?

Lil Baby: It's crazy to me, but I appreciate it. Most definitely. I appreciate all of y'all.

What does the album My Turn mean?

Lil Baby: I came with the My Turn because I felt like it was my turn. I had a turn before, but it wasn't my turn to do what I'm doing now. So it's my turn to have a good album or an album that you can go 1 through 20. Whatever I'm doing now, it's my turn to do that.

How do you decide on who to feature on your projects?

Lil Baby: I don't even decide, I don't pick like, "I want him, I want him.." It's a natural thing, so the people that I'm around, who I already make songs with, and the people that I put on my album…Most of the people that I put on the album, they are intimate people to me.

Are you enjoying what's going on right now?

Lil Baby: I'm definitely enjoying it, but I'm not trying to enjoy it too much so that I don't get caught up. It's still a lot of work to do.

Do you feel like you have something to prove even to yourself?

Lil Baby: I feel like every day I have something to prove - coming where I come from, being around the kind of people I've been around, coming from my background...

Even from most people being in my position and the stuff that they do from my position, I feel like I have something to prove definitely.

How do you handle celebrity status?

Lil Baby: I'm here, but I'm not here. I don't try to get too wrapped up in it. From hustling, not on this level of people knowing me, but in my town, in my neighborhood, I've always known its people that know me, so I just kept that same mindset. Everywhere I go, I always knew somebody.

Your song "Catch the Sun" was featured on the Queen & Slim soundtrackdo you ever see yourself getting involved in movies?

Lil Baby: Definitely. I'm actually working on the movie thing right now. I don't know when, but definitely.

Why is it that you don't have any tattoos?

Lil Baby: That was my only reason from being younger, I'd say, "I don't want any tattoos." I know I'm going to have something to do when I get older. I don't want to look like a thug. Even though I'm almost a thug, I was a thug. I don't to be no thug. I don't want people to look at me like I'm a thug. People with tattoos - to me, you look like a thug.

Do you know what your first tattoo would be?

Lil Baby: Only time I could see me getting a tattoo, it has to be real sentimental to me.
