The new law is now in effect that charges 10 cents per plastic bag. Walmart stores in Colorado have eliminated paper and plastic bags completely. Not everyone knew that was coming and were caught by surprise. My first trip to the grocery store is this weekend and I picked up a pack of 10 reusable bags on line for 29 bucks. I'll be curious to see how they are counting bags this weekend for those who still use theirs especially at self-check, but be aware of this before you shop on your next trip!
