I was driving onto 25 this morning trying to merge from my on-ramp when a car came flying up in the lane I was trying to get on to. I was still thinking about how hard that made it for me to merge when I saw this story on FOX31 this morning about who legally has to make way for a merging vehicle. I was pretty surprised by the explanation. I can still say I would always make room for a merging car or truck but see the truth of the scenario at FOX31 HERE
